Amihan Solutions in Manila is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to drive AI initiatives, designing and delivering high-impact solutions that elevate lending performance and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with department heads across the organization, building AI-driven tools, secure MCP server integrations, and scalable APIs while maintaining data security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role in an industry setting.
• Proven experience in AI/ML, automation, and full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Docker, and GitHub version control.
• Hands-on experience with AI/NLP platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT Enterprise) and cohere, and familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Run, Firebase/Firestore, and API development best practices.
• Understanding of workflow automation within mortgage technology ecosystems, particularly Encompass (a plus).
• Experience building secure API layers and integrating with data management systems.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills in a cross-functional, agile environment.

Responsibilities

As our new AI & Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in executing a strategic roadmap of AI and automation initiatives.
