KMC Solutions is seeking an AI + Data Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions for healthcare insights, recruiter automation, and personalized digital experiences. You’ll work hands-on with LLMs, ML models, and scalable data pipelines while collaborating with the Head of Engineering to bring ideas into production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) required.
• Experience with FastAPI and LLM tooling is preferred.
• Hands-on coding ability and ownership to ship features.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven modules for healthcare targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.
• Build and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents using LangChain and RAG pipelines.
• Train and fine-tune ML models for content personalization and CME recommendations.
• Develop data pipelines and feature stores to support scalable AI infra.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering to operationalize AI services in production.

The main responsibilities of a AI + DATA ENGINEER include:

• Design and developAI-driven modulesfor healthcare professional (HCP) targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.

• Build and deployLLM-based recruiter agentsutilizing LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

• Train and fine-tune machine learning models forcontent personalization,CME (Continuing Medical Education) recommendations, andsecond-opinion chatbots.

• Develop and maintaindata pipelinesandfeature storesto support robust and scalable AI infrastructure.

• Collaborate with theHead of Engineeringand cross-functional teams tooperationalize AI servicesin production environments.

• At least 3 years of professional experiencein AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.

• Proficiency inPython,PyTorch/TensorFlow,FastAPI,LangChain, andVector Databases(e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).

• Hands-on experience withML Ops,model deployment, anddata pipeline orchestration.

• Exposure tohealthcareormarket research datasetsis preferred.

• Prior experience in astartup environmentwith a strongbuilder mindsetis an advantage.

• Must possesshands-on coding ability; this is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Demonstratedownership, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively inlean, fast-paced teams.
