Job summary

INSPYR Global Solutions is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer in the Philippines to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions for US-based stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, and customer problem-solving to deliver measurable business impact.

The role demands strong API development, LLM/RAG experience, and the ability to translate business problems into practical AI systems. Flexible remote/hybrid opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience developing AI agents or agent-based workflows.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of API development and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents that improve platform functionality and user experience.
• Build and maintain AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
• Develop APIs and AI services using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Work with AWS services to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Evaluate AI solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and define AI implementation patterns across platforms.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.
