Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI modelling in the industry
• University degree or Master’s in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other data analysis tools and platforms
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills with experience leading mid-to-large data teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and significantly scale up the AI & Data practice of GDS Philippines.
• Own and manage end-to-end AI & Data projects for clients, including problem definition, data acquisition, model development, validation, deployment and monitoring.
• Solution/architect complex/large transformative deals in technology with client and internal teams.
• Own key accounts in the region and grow GDS involvement in large numbers for Consulting.
• Demonstrate thought leadership through participation in AI & Data forums locally and globally.
