Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an AI & Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decisions using AI/ML solutions that boost revenue, optimize supply chain, and enable operational excellence.

You will develop and deploy ML models, productionize them with MLOps, and collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate challenges into data-driven solutions, including A/B testing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field; strong research exposure.
• 5+ years in Data Science, ML, or advanced analytics.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and ML techniques.
• Hands-on with Databricks, MLflow, PySpark and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for demand forecasting and pricing.
• Productionize models and manage MLOps, monitoring and retraining.
• Lead feature engineering with data engineering teams.
• Translate business problems into data science solutions and run A/B tests.
• Drive AI initiatives aligning with business strategy and transformation.
