iSupport Worldwide is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation for enterprise use. You will work across AI agent architecture, backend services, and secure Azure deployments, integrating with Microsoft 365 apps to enable enterprise-scale workflows.

The role requires practical experience with Azure, LLMs, and enterprise integrations, plus a track record of delivering production AI solutions.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical roles
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, with experience developing backend services and APIs
• Practical experience developing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or intelligent automation systems
• Experience with agent frameworks such as Microsoft Foundry Agent Service, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent tools
• Working knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, and LLM orchestration
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, including deploying and managing cloud applications
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and enterprise system integrations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience working with open‑source LLMs and familiarity with model fine‑tuning techniques
• Understanding of model evaluation, inference, and performance optimization

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of multi-step tasks and automating business workflows
• Build agents using Foundry/Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, and other frameworks
• Develop agent capabilities including tool calling, memory management, and workflow orchestration
• Integrate agents with internal systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise apps with secure guardrails
• Test, evaluate, and optimize agent accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Build and deploy AI agents that operate within Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 apps
• Integrate AI with Microsoft Graph API for SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, calendars
• Implement secure authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and OAuth 2.0
• Develop backend APIs and services to support agent interactions with enterprise apps
• Ensure secure data access and proper user-level permissions across integrations
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud infra for AI apps in Azure
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and manage deployments with Git
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform or Bicep
• Monitor, log, and troubleshoot production AI systems
