Responsibilities
- Design and conduct agricultural research and field experiments.
- Plan and implement crop planting, fertilizer application, and field trials.
- Monitor crop growth, yield and overall plant performance.
- Evaluate organic fertilizer products on crop productivity and soil health.
- Collect, analyze and interpret agricultural research data.
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations for product improvement.
- Collaborate with production, operations and research teams.
