• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field is a strong advantage.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrates a solid and trustworthy professional background with integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Capable of confidently delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Execute Key Field Activities: Carry out product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements with consistency and professionalism.
• Implement Demand Creation Initiatives and field programs; provide technical support and field insights.
• Monitor Market Dynamics: track competitor activities, launches, promotions, pricing; report field intelligence.
• Report Field Indicators: update Field Supervisor on Move Out Sales, crop stages, farmer practices, and area challenges.
• Bridge Field and Commercial Teams: share feedback to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
• Drive Retailer and Key Farmer Engagement: implement and monitor engagement programs and dealer confidence.
• Ensure Accurate Product Positioning: reinforce usage, benefits, and differentiation; support training and communications.
