Job summary

Helix Mining and Development Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing site. You will monitor production, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure safety and environmental compliance in the quarry area.

The ideal candidate is a Graduate in Engineering with at least 3 years in manufacturing, and will lead plant operators, prepare reports, and conduct toolbox talks to drive consistent performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the production process and optimize day-to-day activities.
• Supervises the Crusher Plant Operators and provides assistance on materials/tools needed by the Plant Operators.
• Ensures operation of equipment by coordinating with the Maintenance Team and its condition.
• Monitors production output according to specifications, quality and quarry report.
• Prepares production reports, schedules and other related documents/data.
• Conducts Toolbox Talks.
• Prepares and issues relevant work permits.
• Ensures the highest level of safety and environmental compliance in the production area.

• Supervises the Crusher Plant Operators - Consistent checking and assistance to Plant Operators; Provides assistance on materials/tools needed by the Plant Operators
• Ensures operation of equipment by coordinating with the Maintenance Team its condition
• Monitors production output according to specifications, quality and quarry report - Conducts bottlenecking and debottlenecking
• Prepares production reports, schedules and other related documents/data
• Conducts Toolbox Talks
• Prepares and Issues relevant work permits
• Ensures that the highest level of safety and environmental compliance is observe and maintain in the production area

• With at least 3 years experience in manufacturing
