Qualifications

• Experience supporting trading operations activities, including order execution support and/or trade settlement processing.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle concepts and operational controls, including issue identification and escalation practices.
• Ability to apply automation tools or technology solutions to improve workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends or root causes, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate trade orders to support accurate and timely downstream processing in back-office systems.
• Perform end-to-end trade processing support, including settlements, confirmations, and profit and loss support activities, in line with established controls.
• Investigate breaks and exceptions, document findings, and elevate issues promptly to reduce operational risk.
• Support change management activities, including testing, communications, and transition support to minimize disruption.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data and operational feedback.
