As an Agency Manager, you are responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. This position is also open nationwide.

Who are we looking for?

• Individuals who are open to take the role for part-time/full-time
• Must have at least 5 years of working experience
• Holding supervisory or managerial position in other sales industry (e.g., real estate, non-life , telecom and etc.) for at least 3 years
• Directly managing at least 5 people
• Has strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
