Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an Agency Manager to recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to reach sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role and direct responsibility for at least 5 team members. Flexible hours and local/international travel incentives are offered. This role allows part-time or full-time engagement.
