Job Description

As an Agency Manager, you are responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Open to part-time or full-time roles
• At least 5 years of working experience
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles in sales industries (e.g., real estate, non-life insurance, telecom) for at least 3 years
• Managing at least 5 people directly
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Willing to work on a commission basis with a flexible, work-from-home setup
