Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is looking for an Agency Manager in the Laguna area to recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to reach sales targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.

We're seeking individuals who can work part-time or full-time, have at least five years of experience, and can lead a team of five or more. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in sales/financial services.
• Holding supervisory/managerial position for at least 3 years in a sales industry.
• Directly managing at least 5 people.
