You will provide critical technical support to the production lines, ensuring the quality, schedule, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on the structural conversion phase. --- Job Responsibilities \* \*\*Production Line Support:\*\* Provide immediate technical assistance and problem-solving expertise to production operators and technicians on the AG1 product line, addressing issues related to assembly, testing, and integration. \* \*\*Process Improvement:\*\* Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize resource utilization for AG1 products. \* \*\*Root Cause Analysis:\*\* Conduct thorough root cause analysis for production non-conformances, defects, and rework, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions. \* \*\*Documentation & Standards:\*\* Create, review, and update technical documentation, including work instructions, process specifications, and quality control plans for the AG1 production area.
