The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for managing the aftersales process for our various products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales processes and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage a team of aftersales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Conduct regular training and development programs for aftersales staff
  • Create and maintain aftersales reports and metrics to track performance and identify trends
