The After-Sales Specialist shall be mainly responsible for generating revenue from parts and service sales according to the objectives of the SASD Customer Support Section, and providing after-sales, commercial, and technical support to assigned accounts through customer relations management.
Manage after-sales activities for assigned accounts and territories through periodic visits to customers to proactively assess their after-sales requirements
Align customer after-sales requirements with EOS products and services, and promote the usage and selling of EOS parts and services
Recover inactive customers to generate parts and service revenue
Develop and manage new accounts and territories to generate revenue from parts and services sales
Monitor the status of customer equipment to ensure appropriate service support is provided at all times
Ensure customers' requests for assistance and complaints receive appropriate and timely response and action
Track progress of service jobs and parts orders, update customers regularly on status, and ensure completion or delivery within committed timeframes
Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure appropriate service support, timely submission of technical reports, and completion of service jobs within committed timeframes
Manage the parts and service sales process, including submission of monthly after-sales revenue forecasts, weekly activity plans, revenue results, quotation tracking, and monthly analytics
Prepare and submit parts and service proposals, follow through with customers for approval, collect payment, and coordinate with Parts and Supply Chain Departments for timely delivery
Preferably a graduate of mechanical engineering or technical vocational course in heavy equipment, automotive or mechatronics
Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience in heavy equipment, light equipment, or automotive industry in customer relations, parts and service sales
Technologically-adept and familiar with computers and office applications
Detail-oriented, able to read and understand equipment manuals and correctly identify parts requirements and corresponding part numbers
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to interact well with customers and teammates
