As we grow, we’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale partner networks that deliver real, measurable revenue for the brands we work with.

Role Description

The Affiliate Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for building, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to support revenue and brand growth. Day-to-day activities include identifying and recruiting new affiliates, negotiating performance-based agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. The role involves developing and executing affiliate marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align offers, creative assets, and promotional calendars, while continually testing and refining strategies to improve conversion and ROI. This role also includes ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and program policies across all affiliate activities.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing
• Hands‑on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, CJ, Awin, Tapfiliate, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present results and recommendations to clients
• A knack for building lasting relationships remotely, with partners and clients alike
• Self‑motivation and strong time management, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to overlap a few hours per week with Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but proven results matter more

Nice to Have

• Experience growing an affiliate program from scratch
• Agency or client‑facing experience, ideally managing several brands at once
• Experience running partner programs across international markets
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or paid social
