Job summary

Rio Rebel Group is seeking an Affiliate Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute affiliate-focused events and activations that strengthen partner relationships, increase brand visibility, and drive campaign performance. This role manages the entire event process, from concept development and partner coordination to on-site execution and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, public relations, or corporate event planning
• Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with vendors, creators, influencers, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Willing to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute affiliate events, workshops, product launches, promotions, and brand activations aligned with the Company's marketing and business objectives.
• Manage the full event process, including concepts, timelines, budgets, logistics, and post-event activities.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, creators, affiliates, and internal teams.
• Prepare event schedules, guest lists, run-of-show documents, materials, and partner requirements.
• Design and coordinate event moments that drive user-generated content (UGC) and immediate social posting.
• Oversee event logistics and on-site operations to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Manage post-event follow-ups, content collection, feedback, and reporting.
• Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, content output, and campaign results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, creators, influencers, and brand partners.
• Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates who align with the brand.
• Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Partner with the Relationship Manager to learn program setup, tracking tools, and daily management of beauty brands.
• Help deliver campaign briefs, promo links, and brand guidelines to newly recruited partners.
• Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align affiliate initiatives.
• Ensure affiliate content and event activities follow brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to improve events, campaigns, and partner engagement.
