Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, briefing hosts, and monitoring stream quality to meet brand standards. The role requires strong coordination and interpersonal skills with experience in livestream platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of livestream selling strategies and online customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule weekly live selling across brands and campaigns.
• Assign and coach hosts based on performance and brand fit.
• Brief hosts on vouchers, priorities, and stock exclusions before broadcasts.
• Coordinate with external agencies during multi-brand events.
• Provide pre-stream direction and call-to-action guidance to hosts.
• Monitor host attendance, punctuality, and delivery quality.
• Evaluate streams to ensure brand standards and engagement.
