Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Aesthetic clinic experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is preferred.

• Willing to learn new treatments and clinic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments safely according to clinic SOPs.
• Conduct client consultations and assess aesthetic concerns and needs.
• Explain treatments, benefits, contraindications, aftercare, and results clearly.
• Recommend appropriate treatments or packages based on client needs.
• Build trust to encourage clients to avail suitable treatments.
• Promote packages, memberships, and other clinic services professionally.
• Follow up with clients and encourage repeat visits and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Monitor client condition before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment handling.
• Work closely with Branch Manager and team to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive client experience.
