As an AES SAP ABAP Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions, overseeing tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
