Job summary

RTX's site in Philippines seeks a QMS & Compliance Engineer (P2) to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System, ensuring AS9100, EASA Part 21G and customer requirements are met. You will assist with audits, document control, CAPA and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field.
• 24 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance, or related quality function.
• Familiarity with AS9100, EASA Part 21G, ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards.

Responsibilities

• Support QMS implementation and maintenance to ensure AS9100/EASA Part 21G compliance.
• Assist in document control, CAPA, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to improve processes.
