Responsibilities include implementing AEM-based CMS, AI agent orchestration, and LLM optimization to boost content discoverability, while gathering requirements, estimating work, and maintaining standards across IT and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing templates and custom components on AEM (preferably v6).
• Experience with workflow customization and integration with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with AEM versions 6.4/6.5.
• Strong Java/J2EE backend knowledge and web service exposure.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS technologies and Adobe Cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure web content management solutions using AEM.
• Implement AI orchestration capabilities with Adobe Experience Platform agents.
• Apply LLM optimizer strategies to improve brand visibility in AI results.
• Gather user requirements and provide accurate technical estimates.
• Troubleshoot AEM-related issues and maintain development standards.
• Prepare documentation and collaborate with IT and Operations teams.
• Adhere to ADM practices including incident management and QA.
• Apply Agile, DevOps, and automation for efficiency.
• Stay updated on programming developments and suggest design changes.
