Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that support business decision-making. You will build and deploy models, write clean Python code, and design scalable backend systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with LLMs, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud integration while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development.
• Strong expertise in Python (core language and libraries).
• Proficient in integrating multiple data sources and databases into unified systems.
• Version control experience (Git, Mercurial, SVN).
• Knowledge of event-driven programming in Python.
• Experience with user authentication and multi-system integration.
• Designing database schemas to support business processes.
• Understanding Python's threading model and multi-process architecture.
• Familiar with server-side templating (Jinja2, Mako).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) for integration.
• Strong debugging and unit testing skills.
• Security and accessibility best practices awareness.
• Experience optimizing applications across platforms (mobile vs desktop).
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) - including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural networks.
• Experience developing cloud-based AI solutions and integrating with AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
