Job summary

Vision Express Philippines is seeking an Assistant Advertising & PR Manager to strengthen the brand through strategic advertising, PR, events, and influencer partnerships. You will plan campaigns, manage media relations, and coordinate with agencies for timely, high-quality output.

The ideal candidate has a Marketing/Communications degree and at least 5 years in related roles, including 2 years in supervision, with strong writing, leadership, and digital marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Social Sciences, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in advertising, public relations, media relations, events, and digital marketing.
• Established relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, KOLs, or relevant industry personalities are highly preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in writing press releases, campaign materials, and compelling brand copy.
• Strong understanding of social media, online marketing and current consumer and digital trends.
• Experience in event planning and working with external agencies and vendors.
• Strong leadership, project management, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across OOH, print, digital, and online media.
• Develop and implement PR strategies that strengthen brand awareness, reputation, and credibility.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, interviews, and relationships with journalists and industry partners.
• Lead the coordination of KOL, influencer, and celebrity partnerships.
• Co-produce celebrity and KOL content shoots, including talent coordination, scheduling, styling, product seeding, and on-set requirements.
• Plan and oversee PR and brand events, including press conferences, product launches, store openings, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative teams, PR agencies, media partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
