Job summary

Molex in the Philippines seeks an Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) Engineer to lead quality planning for new product development and design changes. You will collaborate with Product Design, Manufacturing and cross‑functional teams to identify risks, implement preventive actions, and ensure flawless product launches that meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

You will drive APQP activities, process audits and supplier quality initiatives, validate measurement systems and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in Advanced Quality or related functions within an automotive-standard environment.
• Strong communication, leadership and team facilitation skills.
• Experience with APQP, AIAG Core Tools, and IATF requirements.
• Knowledge of statistics; experience using Minitab or similar analytic tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Your Job

As an Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) Engineer, you will be responsible for driving quality planning activities for new product development and product modifications. You will work closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Cross‑Functional Teams to identify risks, implement preventive actions, and ensure flawless product launches that meet customer expectations for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will be part of the CMSBU – Networking Segment, collaborating with Product Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Project Managers, Quality teams, and suppliers to support new product introduction and continuous quality improvement initiativ

What You Will
