Qualifications

• Education: TESDA/Technical Vocational Course related or engineering undergraduate, and Sr High graduate – TVL/STEM.
• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail.
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned machine(s) and ensure certification badges are updated.
• Process all engineering lots with quality and with corresponding work Instructions in final test area.
• Attend endorsement meetings and monitor setup status.
• Collect and transfer test data logs and reports to defined folders.
• Assist Flexcell technicians and support setup issues.
• Escalate and report problems to shift leader.
• Ensure machines run at acceptable levels and maintain 5S.
