  • Respond to customer inquiries via online chat platforms
  • Prepare simple sales invoices, contracts, and other administrative documents
  • Update and maintain customer records, marketing lists, and databases
  • Coordinate with other departments on routine tasks
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Requirements
