Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant who can provide comprehensive support to our project team and senior management. He/She will be responsible for managing administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, facilitating seamless meeting and travel coordination, and performing other relevant tasks required by the project. He/She will be a crucial part in maintaining organized records, supporting communication flows, and contributing to the overall productivity of the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
  • With at least 3-5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within a construction, engineering, or project-based environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving attitude, trustworthy, and can handle confidential information.
