Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support AgriTech Admin and Operations Teams. The role will primarily handle payment processing, record keeping and inventory support related to the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables. The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple responsibilities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 6 days a week. Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities
  • Disburse buying funds or cash advances to purchasers for fruits and vegetables procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all disbursements, and ensure timely liquidation and return of excess funds by purchasers.
  • Validate supplier invoices by checking pricing, quantity received vs inbound records at the warehouse.
  • Ensure timely and proper payment to suppliers, including review and acknowledgment of delivery receipts and related documents.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records of fresh fruits and vegetables at the warehouse.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile payments, disbursements, and inventory reports.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Operations to ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment of deliveries.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
  • Proven experience in an administrative, finance, or operations support role is an advantage.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1 PM – 10 PM), six (6) days a week, full onsite.
