Administrative and Finance Assistant (Part-time)

Light for All Foundation Inc. was established in the Philippines in early 2011 as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with a mission to empower and improve the quality of life for Filipino families and communities. We work closely with local partners, designing and implementing various educational and social development programs to bring positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and coordinating logistics
  • Help manage inventory of assets and supplies
  • Assist in organizing events, trainings, and community activities
  • Assist in managing petty cash and expense reports
  • Process invoices, receipts, and financial documents
  • Coordinate with the finance team for budget tracking and financial reporting

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in admin or finance roles (NGO experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and Philippine financial documentation (e.g., BIR forms, ORs, liquidation)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
  • Advantage: Experience with SEC, DSWD, or school-based compliance
  • Knowledge of NGO operations and regulations in the Philippines is a plus.
