We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Specialist to support our administrative functions in Manila. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Do:
Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
️ Maintain filing systems and manage documentation effectively
Assist with onboarding new employees and training programs
Support financial processes including invoicing and budgeting
Conduct research and compile reports as needed
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
