ADMIN & MARKETING OFFICER
Location: Iloilo City | On-site | Full-time

We are seeking a proactive and organizedAdmin & Marketing Officer to support our department's daily operations and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage administrative tasks and the while assisting in the execution of marketing strategies related to our abacus and intercultural programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the department's budget, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.

  • Support billing processes and the collection of receivables, ensuring timely payments.

  • Handle the department's email correspondence, responding to inquiries and directing messages appropriately.

  • Maintain and organize departmental documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments, facilitating effective time management.

  • Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging content to promote programs.

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance program visibility.

  • Respond to inquiries related to programs, providing detailed information and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with exposure to financial tasks and marketing activities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
