Job Title: Service Coordinator / Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Service Coordinator / Admin Assistant to manage service delivery in an ITIL-based Managed Services environment. You will act as the main point of contact for service-related issues, coordinate with teams, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service inquiries, incidents, and requests following ITIL best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate service reports.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure ITIL compliance.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders for service reviews and onboarding.
  • Assist in escalations and coordinate support team tasks.
  • Handle logistics, invoicing, and travel coordination for field engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in service coordination or service management (ITIL experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
