A human resource management firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to coordinate meetings and organize agendas for the President/Board Chairman. Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travels for the President/Board Chairman.
  • Organize agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items on behalf of the President/Board Chairman.
  • Draft, screen, and respond to communications on behalf of the President/Board Chairman.
  • Assist with compiling operational and executive reports, or presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the President/Board Chairman and executives, employees, clients or board member.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Financial Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years related experience
  • With good communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
  • Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word,
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, and resourceful.
  • Able to work productively under pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
