Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Role Responsibilities
As an Administration Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service whist carrying out your duties. Your responsibilities include:
- Process incoming and outgoing ATO and regulatory documentation
- Creating client correspondence eg engagements, invoices, cover letters
- Package and sending of e-signing documents
- Filing into document management system
- Creating and maintaining information in relevant databases, systems, files and portals
- Creating reports on KPIs for the practice
- Processing final reports to be sent to clients either manually or electronically
- ATO Lodgments
- Assist Accountants in collating Tax related information pertaining to client needs
- Any other duties and project work as reasonably requested
