Job description

DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:
Admin and Accounting Manager

Rebel Bakehouse is looking for an Admin and Accounting Assistant for Baguio City branch with the following responsibilities:

Inventory

1. Conduct Monthly Physical Inventory count.

2. Stock transfer requests and monitoring to Head Office and commissaries.

3. Assist in receiving, issuance, and monitoring of inventory stocks.

4. Assist in procurement through Purchase Order (PO) creation and supplier contact.

Expenses

1. Assist in Expense Recording, Billing, and filing;

2. Assuring complete supporting documents (Invoices, PO, Delivery Receipts, etc.)

3. Assist in following up on Invoices to suppliers.

Taxes

1. Assist in the working paper of tax filings such as quarterly VAT returns, quarterly Income tax returns, and tax liabilities.

2. Assist in payment, and ensure an intact record of the tax files.

3. Assist in the payment of taxes.

Financial Reports

1. Assist in the preparation of Monthly Profit and Loss Statements, Balance sheets, Cash flow, and other financial reports required by the Management.

2. Assist in updating the company books of accounts and other financial schedules and Property Plant, and Equipment.

Admin

1. Act as POC for procurement in Cathedral and Irisan.

2. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor in Accountancy / Business Administration Graduate

  • Experience in the field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
