Formación

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or operations research.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform profitability reviews and pricing analyses for portfolios.
• Monitor pricing adequacy and underwriting mix on new and renewal business.
• Develop and maintain pricing and underwriting tools.
• Collaborate with underwriters to improve rate plans and state-specific support.
• Lead actuarial studies to refine pricing parameters and segmentation.
