Position: Company Nurse / OH Nurse

Locations:

VISAYAS: Tagbilaran Bohol, Cebu City, Cebu Province, Iloilo, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Roxas Capiz, Samar, Tacloban, Leyte

MINDANAO: Butuan City, Davao City, Tagum City, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Nasipit (Agusan del Norte), Ozamiz City, Maco ComVal, General Santos, Tagum City, South Cotabato, Zamboanga

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
• Must already have a valid TIN, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG-HDMF, NBI, Bank Account and Vaccination Card.
• Must be able to start immediately. (Within 7 days)
• He/she must possess competent clinical skills, with a background in occupational health, hospital, or equivalent for at least one 6 months to 1 year.
• Nurses with no clinical experience, newly board passers, career shifters are welcome to apply.
• Preferably holds the following training certificates: Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Basic Life Support, and First Aid (an advantage but not required).

Job Description:

• Provide on-site expertise on direct care for both occupational and non-occupational cases.
• Provide guidance on health screening results and recommend appropriate intervention.
• Assist Company Doctor during check-ups and consultation.
• Maintain an effective and accurate electronic medical record system.
• Manage and track inventory of medicines and supplies for efficient cost management.
• Review and assess employee health screening results. Provide guidance to employees with ongoing health problems and help them work within the framework of their limitations.
