A leading company in the trading sector is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee daily operations, manage collections, and train the AR team. Supervise daily operations of the AR team including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations.
Monitor and manage the AR aging report to ensure timely collection and reduce delinquent accounts.
Review and approve credit limits and terms for new and existing customers in coordination with the Credit and Sales departments.
Coordinate with customers to resolve disputes, billing issues, and payment discrepancies.
Prepare AR reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and bad debt provisions.
Train, coach, and evaluate AR team members to improve efficiency and performance.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responses.
Recommend and implement process improvements and automation for AR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and financial best practices.
