Are you detail-oriented and experienced in US medical billing? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage insurance verification, claims follow-up, and AR activities for our healthcare operations.

Experience: At least 1 year

What you’ll do:

• Verify and update patient insurance and registration data
• Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims, and resubmit them with corrections
• Follow up with insurance companies to make sure claims are paid according to contract
• Review EOBs, post payments, and reconcile account balances
• Write appeal letters and prepare supporting documentation for payers
• Process refund requests, overpayments, and credit balance reports
• Answer patient and third-party account inquiries
• Keep strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA and Federal Payor guidelines
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or a related field
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and payer billing guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Managed Care)
• Skills in claims follow-up, denial resolution, and payment reconciliation
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and problem solving
• Strong time management, multitasking, and teamwork
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Willing to work onsite in Biñan City, Laguna, on a night shift (US business hours)
