Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or financial administration.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred but not essential.

Join our team as anAccounts Receivable Officer, where you'll take ownership of invoice processing, collections, and reporting—ensuring payments are received with speed, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence. You'll play a key role in keeping our financial engine running smoothly, supporting company growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll monitor and maintain customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on overdue payments with confidence and professionalism. You’ll also prepare regular and ad-hoc receivables reports, collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams, and maintain clean, organized financial records that align with best practices. If you're proactive, analytical, and motivated to hit performance targets and KPIs, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or financial administration
  • Intermediate to advanced skills inMicrosoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with aproblem-solving mindset
  • Experience withNetSuite(preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to deadlines
  • Willingness to work North American business hours.
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite or relocate in Angeles City, Pampanga.
