The role supports the Accounting Manager in maintaining financial integrity and driving process improvements through hands-on AR management and payroll processing. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
• Graduate of Accountancy or related course.
• Strong technical accounting and AR skills.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR collections and aging reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of AR transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to resolve receivable issues.
• Reconcile AR accounts and report balances to management.
• Check vouchers for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review journal vouchers.
• Process Debit/Credit Memos (DM/CM).
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Financial statement analysis and reporting.
• Supervise General Accounting and AR staff.
