Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field is required.
• Experience in credit and collections is a plus, global exposure preferred.
• Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA FICO & SD modules and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio and collect past-due invoices per terms.
• Review blocked orders and coordinate remittance details for timely cash posting.
• Investigate disputes and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution and on-time collections.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Support ad-hoc collections tasks and back-up coverage as needed.
