Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing daily invoicing and collection activities for customer accounts. This includes performing month-end reconciliations, calculating KPIs, and assisting with process automation and execution of internal controls.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and posting invoices in Salesforce Billing
• Applying payments within Salesforce Billing and NetSuite
• Collecting invoices and troubleshooting payment issues with customers
• Working in ticketing systems and invoicing against Purchase Orders in customer portals

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
