Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage email and communications related to AP.
• Handle invoice management and travel & expense (Concur).
• Support project accountability and issue resolution.
• Create and amend vendors; reconcile vendor statements and accruals.
• Assist month-end close and deadlines; support audit and monthly reporting.
• Document processes and support continuous improvements.
