Tangent Solutions, Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to review and validate payment requests, prepare AP vouchers, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will coordinate with vendors, maintain disbursement records, and uphold internal controls.

Required: bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field; strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome. Excellent communication and keen attention to detail are essential in Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate payment requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare AP vouchers with correct GL codes, cost centers, and tax classifications.
• Coordinate with vendors on payment schedules and resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate disbursement records and filing of invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Assist with other related tasks as needed.
