Job summary

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Manila to handle invoice processing, payments, and vendor communications.

The role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with other departments. You will assist with month-end closes and maintain accurate payable records, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Knowledge of LTO transactions, such as vehicle registration and renewal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices.
• Prepare and process payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and files.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries.
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Process daily payables: In-House and Subcontractors, Brokers Billing, Brokerage Service, Administrative Expenses, Petty cash replenishment, Billing from suppliers, Consignee Billings, Gofast Transactions, LTO Billings.
• Perform other duties as needed during absence.
