Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting field.
• 1–2 years in AP/AR or general accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Prepare and monitor supplier payment schedules and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record customer payments and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with customers regarding collections.
• Investigate and resolve billing concerns and account discrepancies.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, accounting schedules, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and financial documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
